The studio
Technical depth,
design judgement
KEMET brings together architecture, interior design, BIM and project advisory services to support owners, consultants and contractors through design and delivery.
Our approach
Coordination is not
a hand-off
Our approach combines technical coordination with an understanding of design intent, construction requirements, and the decisions that keep a project moving.
Most delays are not design failures or build failures. They are interface failures: the gap between what was drawn, what was modelled and what can actually be installed. We work in that gap deliberately.
Because architecture, interiors and BIM sit in the same team, the person resolving a clash already knows what the detail was meant to achieve. Nothing gets value-engineered by accident.

Completed projectsWhat we hold to
Four things that
do not get traded
Model before opinion
If a question can be settled in the model, it is settled there, not in a meeting three weeks later.
Issues have owners
Every clash and comment carries a name, a priority and a status. Nothing sits in an inbox.
Controlled information
Clear file naming, revision history and submission status inside the agreed project environment.
Visible progress
Regular reporting on completed work, upcoming submissions, dependencies and decisions required.
Where we work
Based in Florida,
delivering MENA · GCC · International
The practice is registered in Florida and delivers across the Middle East, the Gulf and internationally. Documentation is produced to the standard the jurisdiction requires, not a single house template applied everywhere.
That matters most on vendor registration and submission: requirements written for one market rarely map one-to-one onto another, and getting the equivalence right up front saves a rejected package later.
