What we do

Services

Take one discipline or the whole chain. Each engagement starts with an agreed scope, defined deliverables and a review standard, written down before work begins.

01 — Architecture

Buildings resolved
before they are built

Concept through construction documentation for residential, commercial and hospitality work, with the detailing settled while it is still cheap to change.

Recent work includes a contemporary residential villa designed around warm natural materials, strong geometric forms and a relaxed resort character: terracotta-toned façades, natural stone, timber details, shaded terraces and landscaped outdoor areas connecting indoor and outdoor living.

  • Concept design
  • Design development
  • Construction documentation
  • Detailing
  • Landscape coordination

02 — Interior Design

Rooms specified
well enough to price

Residential, hospitality and retail interiors: layouts, lighting, joinery and finishes, delivered as a specification a contractor can build from without guessing.

Work spans private residences and majlis interiors through to boutique retail concepts, each developed from mood and material boards into full documentation.

  • Space planning
  • Material boards
  • Lighting design
  • Joinery detailing
  • FF&E specification

03 — BIM Services

Model development
and coordination

Federated models built to agreed standards, coordinated across disciplines and issued with the information the next stage actually needs.

Delivered in Revit and Navisworks with issue tracking in BIM 360. Clash resolution, structural openings, vertical service coordination and façade interfaces, all traceable to a named owner.

04 — MEP Coordination

Services that fit
the first time

Ductwork, pipework, containment and risers routed against the real structure, with clashes resolved and maintenance clearances held before anything is ordered.

Coordination covers service clashes with beams and bracing, structural openings, ceiling-void allocation, plantroom layouts and access for the people who will maintain the building for the next thirty years.

  • Clash detection
  • Riser coordination
  • Ceiling voids
  • Plantrooms
  • Maintenance access

05 — Project Management

Programme, cost
and quality, tracked

Planning and construction management run against the contract, not against optimism. Programmes in Primavera P6, progress measured, variances explained.

  • Programme planning
  • Progress reporting
  • Submittal logs
  • RFI tracking
  • Change control

06 — Owner Representation

Your side of
the table

Independent oversight for owners and boards who need someone reading the contract as carefully as the contractor does.

  • Review contracts, bids and proposals so the owner gets fair value
  • Monitor contractor progress, quality and schedule through site visits and field reports
  • Evaluate change orders and payment applications before approval
  • Coordinate between the design team, contractors and the board or management
  • Report clearly and regularly, so decision-makers always know where the project stands

The result: fewer surprises, stronger accountability, and a project that stays inside its own decisions.

Scope of services in the United States. KEMET's role in the U.S. is project management and owner's representation. Engineering and architectural services that require licensure (design, structural evaluations, sealed drawings and inspections) are provided through Florida-licensed engineers and architects we work alongside.
